Returns Policy
The Short Version
We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something's wrong with your order — a misprint, damage in transit, or a mistake on our end — we'll sort it out. This policy covers how.
Who Can Request a Refund?
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The card must be unused and in the condition it arrived in. After 14 days, refund requests are assessed case by case, but we make no guarantees.
How Refunds Work
We don't accept physical returns through the post. Instead, you'll need to prove the cards have been destroyed. Here's the process:
- Contact us through the order management system with your order number.
- Send a photo showing every card from the order cut completely in half. One clean cut through each card.
- We review it. If the proof checks out, we process the refund. Our call on whether the proof is sufficient is final.
Refunds go back to whichever payment method you used — your card or crypto wallet. We may deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount.
Misprints & Damaged Cards
If your card arrives with a printing error or got battered in the post, let us know with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement — no need to destroy anything first.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch and we'll investigate. For tracked orders, check your tracking number first — parcels sometimes sit in a local depot for a day or two. If it's genuinely gone missing, we'll reship it at no extra cost.
