When Does My Order Ship?
Cards are printed and posted the next working day after your payment clears. Pay before 1 pm on a weekday and it'll usually go out that same day.
We don't hold orders or batch them together. One payment, one card, out the door.
How Is It Packaged?
Every order ships in a plain white envelope — no company name, no logos, no return address that gives anything away. There's a rigid board insert inside so the card stays flat and protected.
Nobody picking it up off your doormat is going to know what's inside.

Standard post doesn't come with a tracking number. It's cheap, it works, but you can't follow it online.

Group orders with mates are the easiest way to hit the threshold — three or four cards usually does it.

These are estimates, not guarantees. An Post and international carriers occasionally have delays outside our control, but the vast majority of orders land within these windows.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll investigate. We reship missing orders — you won't be left empty-handed.
For tracked shipments, check your tracking number first. Sometimes a parcel sits in a local depot for a day or two before final delivery.
